Used Condition - frame has scuffs/scratches from use. Carbon Seatpost is SEIZED in frame and is stuck at a saddle rail height of 67.5cm. The Seatpost has 2 positions for the saddle hardware and can be ran in a position for a 54cm or 57cm TT length.
