Used Condition - paint has been stripped to raw steel. Inside of drive side chain and seat stays have small dimples made by the manufacturer for clearance which is common on steel frames with tight clearances. If the frame still had paint they wouldn’t be noticeable or look like an issue however the fact the frame has had the paint stripped makes them look like they could be dents. They are there on purpose and will be an issue when riding.
