Used Condition - frame has some scuffs/scratches throughout. The seat post appears to have been glued/epoxyed into the seat mast. The frame includes the seatpost clamp however it is not currently needed to keep the seatpost in place. At the current height the seatpost is 68cm from center of BB to the saddle rails.
