New Condition - wheel appears to have never been used. Threads show no sign of having a cog or locking installed.
HED track wheel with HED Sonic 24h hub. It has a carbon fairing over the spoke wheel/rim to make the disc wheel. This makes the wheel more acceptable for street use compared to a regular carbon disc. However it is not a solid piece of carbon and spokes and hub can be viewed through opening for valve.
