Used Condition - frame had custom decals made in orange and placed over the originals. They could be peeled off if wanted. Frame has lots of scuffs and scratches throughout but NO DENTS. Drop out plates are missing a couple screws. Top cap bolt was seized in place and had to be drilled out. This caused some damage to the upper part of the steerer tube as shown in the photos. It still has enough ron to cut the damaged part off and run a slammed stem, or else just run a spacer above the stem. Star nut will most likely need replacing as well (a new one will be included)
